The Project
‘Sungai Pinang Kita’ is Arts-ED's third community-based Arts and Culture Education Program after
Anak-Anak Kota and My Balik Pulau which uses the creative arts to engage and educate young people to become more aware of their living culture and environment.
This showcase is a culmination of one month of intensive workshops based on the theme of Playing with Recyclable Objects. The three workshops, movement, sculpture and photography led by artists and educators are aimed at creating environmental awareness and developing creative arts skills.
